10 elevi și studenți participa la Schimburi de Experiență și Bune Practici în Franța


Din data de 1 Septembrie 2010 a început implementarea proiectului Califica-te! E șansa ta de a te integra in munca”, proiect strategic cofinanţat prin Programul Operaţional Sectorial pentru Dezvoltarea Resurselor Umane 2007 - 2013, AP 2: Corelarea învățării pe tot parcursul vieții cu piața muncii, DMI 2.1. Tranziția de la școala la viața activa
Proiectul este rezultatul unui parteneriat transnațional ce reuneşte  Fundaţia „Ing. Nejloveanu Niculae – Maestru în arta culinară”- Constanţa, S.C. Compania de Investiţii pentru Turism S.A. – Bucureşti, S.C. Succes TGM S.R.L. – Bucureşti şi Centrul European de Profesii Culinare –Paris. 
În anul școlar 2010-2011, 193 de elevi și studenți au ales să efectueze stagiul de pregătire practică în cadrul proiectului “Califica-te! E șansa ta de a te integra în munca” și au dat dovadă de seriozitate, dăruire și dragoste de meserie. Ei au participat în cadrul Schimburilor de Experiență și Bune Practici la etapa națională care s-a desfășurat la Centrul European de Gastronomie și Turism Constanța, când au fost selectați cei mai buni 10 elevi și studenți primind premiul special – Schimburi de Experiența și Bune Practici în Franța.

Din județul Iași o elevă  va participa la Schimburile de Experiență și Bune Practici în Franța care  se vor desfășura în perioada 20-26 Noiembrie 2011, constând în participarea la aplicații practice, seminarii gastronomice cu lectori acreditați MOF, seminar la hotel - restaurant de 4-5 stele în Paris și seminar în piața de alimente Rungis.

Schimburile de experiență și bune practici în Franța vor asigura transferul de cunoștințe, informații și bune practici la nivelul participanților din cadrul grupului țintă, prin cele două vizite de lucru organizate pe parcursul implementării proiectului. Realizarea  schimbului de experiență și diseminare de bune practici va răspunde nevoii de a cunoaștere a realității europene în acest domeniu de activitate și va facilita interacțiunea dintre realitățile românești și cele europene în ceea ce privește calificarea persoanelor în vederea integrării ulterioare pe piața muncii.

About Iasi City

Iasi City is one of the oldest and one of the most important sites of the country, where there has always been strongly pulsated authentic Romanian life. The City, which is the Moldavian Capital, gave inestimable material and spiritual values to national patrimony, and has drawn glorious pages in the history of the country, lasting remained in people conscience.

General information about Iasi Town
Situated closely to the East bounds of Romania , Iasi will be after the integration, a main development pole of the East part of European Union.
Strongly University Centre, with over 60.000 students annually in 5 public Universities and 3 private Universities ( Al.I.Cuza University being one of the oldest from the country).

Send a complete application package, i.e. filled-in application form, your CV and motivation letter (one single page), to the following email address: summerschoolrise@yahoo.com (put word “application” into the mail subject). The deadline for receiving your application is August 15, 2010. You will receive the information on your acceptance within one week after this deadline. If accepted you will be provided with complete details regarding the summer school.

Target group

30 students, master graduates, doctoral candidates, researchers, young professionals from Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Georgia, Albania and Serbia and other Western Balkan states. We seek active people, open and creative. The working language will be English, so a good command of English is essential.

Topics and lecturers

The first edition of our Summer School will include lectures, discussions, workshops on environmental issues of European security and international efforts on EU policies regarding energy, challenges generated by diversity in global context and many other issues on the international agenda. Classes will be held by internationally renowned specialists, ministers, parliamentarians and university lecturers.

Participants will cover

• individual travel and accommodation expenses (rooms on the „Akademos” Hotel University at a moderate price);
• participation fee - 30 EUR;
• in the case of participants from other countries, medical insurance and any visa fees.
